you asked about your old truck. I traded it for a bagged mazda, then traded the mazda for a caprice on 24's,then sold that.

i sold the bed in tenn. at a car show. I wanted to make it different but yea.

The link on the top is who has it know and he is tryin to sell it.

I had it at slammin and jammin. I sold the bed to a guy there on sunday. He was going to make it fit a old school mazda. It was gettin rough, i didnt take care of it jus drug the shit out of it. are you talking about me? my truck used to have a dark green bed. i talked to you at slammin n jammin but my truck wasn't there. if you are talking about me we only talked for like 5 minutes. we talked about how i knew mike and asked if you had seen his new project and that's about it. and idk why you're calling me out now you where nice to me at the show and asked me to send you pics of the truck i had from before you owned it.

for sure mike, let me just drop to my knees...

the ranger used to be nice but when i saw it at slammin n jammin it looked really rough so if DRanger is talking about me then he's probably just pissed cause i asked him about how it got messed up. to which he replied mike hid a lot with the tonneau cover and claimed that he wasn't the one who messed it up. whatever the case build your ride next time or atleast change stuff on it if you dont want comments about the previous owner. and please dont act one way to my face and tell me ya want pics of it and act cool with me then get online a few months later and talk crap about me.

Ok, well here is the progress I've made in the past couple of months.

The body was all sorts of wrong, nothing was attached well, which was good since nothing was in the right spot, level or square. Decided to just tear it all down and pretty much start over

replaced both rear lower quarters and the tail sections

Now onto the real fun of moving the body. Put the top back on it, slowly but surely pulled the body off the old frame and rolled it out. Rolled in the new frame. Two "graceful" falls of the body and I was starting to get somewhere.

They're both slow! The 2.5 has slightly (and I mean slightly) more pickup though. That is a 2.5 though.

lol idk the 2.3 i had wasnt slow....well for a 2.3....it would pull on a 2.3 duratec ranger until fourth gear...but it was far from stock

Ya theres no way it was stock if it was pulling on a Duratec lol. Duratecs give 4.0l OHV's a run for their money.

thanks for the compliments and comments guys. Last night I got the body aligned to the frame, I'm going to brace it to the frame temporarily tonight so that I can start working on getting the front end on there. Hopefully tonight I can post some pics of it aired up and with at least a fender sitting on it.

And it is the 2.5L of fury, looks like so far it is doing a great job at one of its intended purposes, confusing people, lol

duratec 2.3 dont touch my stock 4.0 ohv at all in my ranger..... but i sadly just got rid of my 2.3 ranger...bored .040 over, big cam, lifers, stiffer springs, bigger oil pump, windage tray, balanced, had a great cam sound at idle....everyone allways tryed to tell me my motor was fucked up lol...but back on topic bronco looks great....my uncle had a few both had 351's and lifted, but i think it looks alot better on the ground
