been wanting a 95.5 - 04 taco for along time. i had a few older ones but it so hard to find this bodystyle for a decent price.
99 tacoma.
2.4 5 speed has twice as much power as any 4cyl chevy/ford/mazda/nissan minitruck
75 k miles. runs drives shifts like new.
bagged n bodydropped
re7 bags all around
8 smc 3/8 valves
viair 380 compressor
5 gal tank
3 link with bags on bars
can-do specialties upper arms
setup for 20s - but rockin stocks
avs flush mount led taillights
some griffin pinstriping
billet grille.
new clear projector style headlights.
shaved handles, tail lights, corner lights, tailgate handle, smooth rollpan
plate in tailgate
its just my style. dont have to worry about dings ever having to wash it.

Yea I love it. I got a lot of plans for it. But I love the ragged look. Love the stock wheels. Love that I can drive it anywhere and beat it up and not have to worry about anything. |

Yea the link setup is garbage. Wheel hops just taking off fast. Even worse in the rain.
Nothin a nice proper forward 4 link won't fix tho. |

Ehh...for what i used it for it was fine. Never drove it hard, and got to keep stock gas tank and all. I didnt mind the wheel hop, its not a muscle car.....but if i would have kept it and did anymore work on it it probably would have been replaced... |

ya for sure. It does run n drag great. Love that it has a great working factory fuel system also.
It's perfect also for what I need right now... a truck I can drive drag n have fun in. Don't gotta worry about dings or dents or even really washing it much. Don't gotta worry about bending a 500 wheel.
After a few things are changed n fixed it will be nice. |
